Who We Are

Coaching 501 - Power Coaching: Coaching for High Performance/Full Potential Results

Power coaching provides experienced coaches (and new coaches with extensive experience in leadership, management, teaching or counseling fields) with high-level master skills and strategies for increasing their own and their clients’ capacity to create high performance/full potential results in life, work, relationships and all aspects of coaching.

Based around a powerful organizing framework for creating results in spite of problems, obstacles and circumstances, the Power Coaching framework is driven by vision, grounded in reality and focused on results that matter.

Woven into this dynamic organizing framework are nine key master skills or practices common to all creators and all successful creative endeavors from art to architecture, from entrepreneurship to the coaching encounter.

You will apply the organizing framework and skills to clarifying, articulating and acting on your own high performance/full potential goals and results. You will also use the skills and framework as you practice coaching other participants in doing the same.

Mastery of the Power Coaching framework and practices will increase both your personal and professional effectiveness, amplify the effectiveness of other coaching techniques and provide you with a powerful set of tools for helping your clients reach their high performance full potential goals—and for doing so yourself. As well, Power Coaching includes an opportunity to assess your own habitual response to adversity, using Dr. Paul Stolz’s Adversity Response Profile. You will also practice methods of increasing your own and your clients’ capacity to respond effectively to adversity in life and work. Being able to consistently produce results—even in the face of problems, set-backs and other forms of adversity—is what sets successful coaches and result creators apart from

They typically have established learning programs and services for major corporations, government agencies, educational institutions and public organizations and associations. All our seminar leaders are available for discussion regarding their courses.

Goal Attainment Scale Service

If this is the first course you will be taking from Peer Resources or you have not created a goal scale, then we encourage you to talk with one of our course coaches to identify professional goals, favored outcomes, potential strategies to achieve the outcomes, and personal measures of progress. This discussion will yield a practical chart used as a coaching tool. The fee for this service is $150.00.
