Coaching Newsletters and Blogs

Coaches have discovered the power of keeping connected with clients and potential clients by creating and distributing a free newsletter or blog. Many of these newsletters or blogs are exclusively self-promotional, but others provide additional value with timely and relevant concept or issue articles, descriptions of valuable services, and reviews of resources.

Some newsletters are distributed by organizations that also provide coach training. If you are in the process of choosing a coaching school that is best for you, we suggest subscribing to the school's free newsletter as one way of learning about what they provide.

If you are considering creating a newsletter or blog for your own coaching business, then examining several on this list might help to sharpen your ideas.

Sadly, the Coaching Insider has ceased publication as of February, 2006. However, their archives are available at: www.coachinginsider.com. (Ironically, the story of its demise would have been a perfect article for the Coaching Insider. Maybe it will be documented by someone else soon.)
